Heading out onto the lake gives you the perfect vantage point of both the impressive mountains and the town itself. It’s the gateway to the many river systems that feed into Lake Wakatipu and is the perfect place to enjoy the sunset after a day of activities. But what about the activities on the Lake? Well, that’s the best thing about Lake Wakatipu, the activities on the lake are some of the best in Queenstown.
